Our Team
Living Lord Lutheran Preschool has an experienced and well-qualified director and staff of teachers. All staff members are degreed from a four year college or university.
Michelle Hiatt (Director)
Hello! I am ready for another wonderful year at Living Lord Preschool with all of your children! I have been in education for 18 years! I have taught 1st grade & preschool as well as been a substitute teacher, a Parents as Teachers educator and Preschool Director! My husband, Pat, and I have 3 grown children and a very spoiled dog named Charlee! We love to travel, watch Chiefs football and spend time with our children and relax! I look forward to getting to know all of you!

Hello! I am beyond excited to be teaching preschool this year! I taught at Living Lord a few years ago and am so happy to be back! I can't wait to get to know you, but for now I'll tell you a little bit about myself. I have a husband, Nick, a daughter, Nora (12), and two sons, Philip (10) and Owen (3). We have a dog named Albus and a budgie named Winter. We love traveling, hiking and playing sports.
Jessica Saddler (MWF)
Hello! My name is Jessica Saddler and I am excited to be your child's PreK teacher this year! This will be my 4th year in PreK, but my 11th year teaching! My husband and I have 4 beautiful children-Kaiden (11), Audrey (8), Carson (7), and Rylan (2). For fun, I enjoy spending time with my family doing fun things (swimming, going to the park, zoo, etc.) At home, I love to bake or take some time to do some Zumba exercises. I look forward to learning all about your child over the coming school year!
Christi Bogdan Tu/Th 9-12
Hello! I'm Mrs. Bogdan. I am so excited to be teaching your child this year! This is my third year at Living Lord Preschool and I love it! We are going to have so much fun learning and exploring together. I have three children, Rylan (14), Casey (12) and Noli (9). We also got a new puppy this summer named Buddy. I have been married to my husband John for 15 years! Outside of the classroom I love reading and spending time with friends and family!
Erin Adair (M thru F/ Pre-K)
Hello! My name is Erin Adair. This is my 10th year teaching at Living Lord. I am married to Adam and have a daugher, Emma. In my free time, I love hanging at home with my dogs, Faith and Toby.
Our Facility and Classrooms
Living Lord's 12,000 square foot facility allows for great flexibility in usage of its open spaces and meeting rooms. The preschool uses the sanctuary for weekly chapel, utilizes the Fellowship Room for whole school events such as our Fall Festival, Sensory Fair, and birthday party for Jesus and uses the upstairs gathering space for large gross motor activities when the weather does not allow us to go outside.
Our three classrooms are light-filled and colorful and designed to promote wonder, curiosity and cognitive stimulation through a wide variety of sensory and learning centers, as well as introduction to SMARTboards.
